Hello!

Physical fitness has always been a part of my life, and over the years, I have tried various sports myself. I have been instructing fitness for over 16 years and have regularly sought knowledge both in Finland and abroad. Currently, I focus on teaching strength training, yoga, dance classes, kettlebell workouts, break exercises, water aerobics, and Pilates.

The best part of teaching is when students get excited about the workouts and gain new energy for their daily lives!

I teach fitness full-time, and in my free time, I go to the gym. If I have extra time, I attend dance and yoga classes. Weekends are reserved for spending time with friends and family.
