Massage

I am from Vantaa, born in 1978. I received classical masseuse training in Helsinki, at Stadi vocational and adult college. I graduated as a trained masseuse in May 2023. In addition to classical massage, my studies included promoting the mobility of limb joints and preventing folk diseases in the work of a masseuse.

I always do my massage work customer-oriented, whether the goal is pain relief or a relaxing treatment. The customer's well-being is of the utmost importance to me.

In addition to my massage work, I am studying to become a personal trainer. I've been working out at the gym since 1994 and I'm interested in a person's holistic well-being. In addition to working out in the gym, I also do a variety of aerobic exercise and do e.g. stage dances. My expertise are:
