You can pay for Bluumo's massage services with Edenred massage balance. Payment is made through the Edenred Pay mobile payment feature available in the MyEdenred app, which can be accessed as a mobile app or through a web browser. If your employer has not yet added Bluumo as a service provider, you can suggest it to your HR manager, and they can add Bluumo as a service provider, allowing you to pay for Bluumo's massages using your Edenred massage balance.

After booking a massage on our website, you will be directed to complete the payment on the Visma Pay payment service provider's page. When using the Edenred massage balance for payment, please do not proceed with the payment on our website at this stage. Instead, go to the MyEdenred app to make the payment.

• Log in to the Edenred mobile app or web browser application
• Find Bluumo on the list and select the appropriate benefit type
• Enter the amount to be paid and proceed
• Confirm the payment

Bluumo receives electronic information about payments made using the Edenred massage balance. You can conveniently check the details of your ordered service by logging into your Bluumo account. Please be aware that there may be a slight delay in the payment information updating on your order. To add Bluumo as a service provider for your company, follow the clear instructions on Edenred's website. This way, your employees can order massages to their homes or offices using the benefit. If you don't find Bluumo on your list of service providers, our customer service will also be happy to assist in rectifying the situation.

(The requirement for a contractual relationship between the massage service provider and the employer is due to a recent directive from the tax authorities regarding massage benefits. Bluumo's customer service will also gladly help with this matter if it seems unclear.)
